You probably could if you worked hard at it, although this would almost certainly not give the child the enhanced creativity or artistic mindset that you often see in left-handed people. That is a function of brain focus, not of being forced to use one hand over another in the home. ... If you are asking, could you create an environment where the child would become naturally left-handed... that is an interesting question, but doubtful. Handedness is usually seen as a nature thing, not a nurture thing... though of course you can nurture the natural curiosity and creativity of any child, and get good results. It is harder with adults, because somewhere in the process of growing up we are either taught not to imagine as much, or to start thinking within certain parameters. Children haven't accepted those limits yet.
