Who is going to know and hold you accountable if you don't confess your sins before taking the Eucharist?
Yes,your sins are forgiven in one day and you a grace granted by God to you. If you would take your confession wholeheartedly you will not sin no more.If you are a sinner the Eucharist would be invalid.
You can receive the sacrament of Penance if you have any sin including not only mortal sins but venial sins as well. If you have sin, it is recommended but not necessary to receive the sacrament (Except for mortal sins where you must confess it)
Yes, but technically, we confess our sins to God through the priest.
Yes, you do have to confess your sins & get baptized in the Holy Spirit to go to heaven.
If a Catholic has committed a mortal sin, then he must confess this sin to a priest in the Sacrament of Confession before he can receive Communion. If he has committed only venial sins, then he is free to receive Communion without going to Confession, and his reception of Communion will actually result in the forgiveness of those venial sins.
If by Eucharist you mean the elements distributed by the priest at mass, then no, not all denominations believe it relieves sins.
It gives you spiritual healing and strength against temptation. It heals you spiritually because, provided you have true contrition, your sins are forgiven when you receive it. If you are not able to confess your sins and have true contrition, it can even forgive your serious sins. And if it is God's will, you will also receive physical healing, though not right away.
No, christians also confess their sins to the one and only true god, the god of Abraham and Jacob. Hope you enjoy ;-)

It means to pray to God, speak to God and tell Him what you have done as an act of sin... like what I do.. is that I tell God what sin I have comitted and ask for forgiveness. It is the first act of repenting.
