No there are no portable CD Players that are able to record onto any CD.

set radio to am\FM press load/eject press the CD number button that you want to load or eject. you can just insert the CD if there is nothing in there.
I know you can use some to record FM radio so perhaps you could some how modify one to record Sirius radio. But a voice recorder should be able to record anything that makes sound.
