Nope... Once the full amount of money is used on the card, its worthless.
If a retailer "credits" money back to your card after a return of an item... then that money can be used.
On another note, a Visa Prepaid card can be reloaded, but you must be eighteen (18) years or older to be able to purchase one.
However even though they are not reloadable, you can buy the new ones online itunes-giftcards.com/iTunes_match.html.
