I'm 20 years old, worked for 3 years now, in this job for 7 months, got into an auto loan 4 months ago with a cosinger, secured credit card for 5-6 months, phone bill under my name, will be 21 in 3 months, make 3-4k a month, trying to rent an appantment for $950-1000 month, will the landlord say yes or no?
