Yes, use an underwater glue. It stays flexible and will last. Clean the reservoir with acetone, roughen it, clean again and apply a patch. For the patch use PVC film or even aluminum foil.
Yes. Use J B Weld. It will last for a while, but vibration will crack it again. Buy a new bottle.
