you can replace the keys by the vin number thru a GM dealer but they will not return, recut or refund if the key does not work. If the door or ignition switches have been replaced before this will not work! It also cost about $50 PER KEY and required the title to the car, a picture ID and the owner at the dealership. It is less expensive to replace the locks from O'Reily's at a cost of about $35 for all 3 locks. This is a relatively easy fix but also only works if your key is a single sided key. If the key is a double sided key you will need to have a locksmith put the ignition in the "on" position to replace the ignition switch. (just did this yesterday)

yes Any locksmith can make an ignition key it's cost me $150 for both ignition and door key in the past. I wouldn't think the dealer could do it cheaper but they might.
