No, it is part of the distributor. The only parts available seperatley are the cap and rotor.

Welcome to the club. There's a million things that can cause this problem, cam sensor, crank sensor, coil, distributor, ECM, ASD relay just for starters.
Timing Belt. Mine just went out. You might have to replace the tensioners too. :(

2006 dodge stratus 2.4 XST, the crank sensor is located under the starter motor, must be removed the starter motor in order to change this, just now I did that job
Could be the ASD Relay (Auto ShutDown). If that's not working it can cut power to the coil, just switch the ASD Relay and replace it with the Horn Relay and see if that restores power, if so just go and get a new ASD Relay.
