No, a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am does not have a fuel reset button. The best way to identify any problems is to either have a mechanic look at it or to check the fuse and relay to ensure there is a proper connection.
Driver side fuse box there is a switch you push to reset.
Hold reset button for about 5 seconds then it should reset.
In your glove box there is a small access door-at least that is where it is on my 2002
Just disconnect the battery terminals for a couple of minutes then reconnect them.
The indicator panel should by carefully pried out. Then you can change the bulb.
I found the fuse in my Pontiac Aztec 2002. It was fuse number 36 in the fuse bank under the hood above the batter. Its a 20amp fuse. Should say something like "Front/aux" or something on the mapping under the cap. Remember its bank #36.
