One of the ways to retrieve a deleted or accidentally deleted file is to restore your Desktop/Laptop to a previous date. A date before deleting took place. The previous versions are called Shadow copies.
There is no way of retrieving it if you've already deleted it.
Assuming you deleted it locally, you should find it in your recycle bin.
No. If a tape is damaged (broken, degraded, dirty, moldy, etc...) it is possible for an experienced professional to repair it. Once a VHS tape is taped over though, the original audio and video is gone. The best you can hope for is to check the very beginning and very end of the tape to see if a couple of frames of the original video are still there.

Hi, Unless your recorder's office has 100% up-to-date, real time recording, you can't. Many recorders/county clerks offices have delayed recording from the date the information is recorded to when it is filed. Also, many municipalities (often where property tax liens are recorded) do not offer online access to their records. So, you can be searcher, but in most areas, you'll need to physically go to the tax office/recorder's office to retrieve the information.

A deceased family member's voice was my home phone answer system and now has somehow been replaced by the standard recorded message. It is possible to retrieved the lost message? The panasonic manual gives no clues.
It depends. If you deleted it while you were typing it for the first time, then no. If you accidentally deleted what someone else typed and you didn't save it, then what you can do is hit refresh or go back to "Question Home" and start over. If you did save it after deleting it, then the way to retrieve it is to either ask a supervisor to revert the answer, or you can reconstruct the answer from the Question History.
