No. The two companies are not related. Enterprise is, however, the parent company of National and Alamo, and the fleets were recently merged. But do not attempt to return your car to any location other than one approved by your agent at the time of rental. In some cases, you will be allowed to drop off your car at your hotel, body shop, or a different Enterprise branch from the one where you rented. ASK YOUR AGENT if you are not sure if you can drop off at another location. Also make sure to check the operating hours for the branch where you are doing the drop off. Not all branches are open the same hours or days of the week. Unless you arrange ahead of time for an exception, you may be charged for an additional day or some other fee if you do not return the car on time.
Enterprise Canada will pick you up at your home or office and deliver you to your rental vehicle. When you return the vehicle to Enterprise they will drive you to your home or office. They also have a carpool assistance program so that groups travelling to the same destination can share a vehicle, and thus save the environment from vehicle emissions.
I think one of the best places to rent a truck is from Uhaul. They have great rates and you can return the truck at a different Uhaul location if you need to.

Yes - if the rental company agrees beforehand. Most of the rental companies allow an airport-to-airport exchange at no extra cost. That likely won't be the case if you want to pick it up in a major city and drop it at a remote location.
