Your question is not very vague but the simple answer here is No.
Allow me to go a bit further more in depth.
I am assuming you are referring to buying a used car from a third party which is not a dealer. In our state, Georgia, a used car is sold from a third party to be presumed "AS IS". The exception to this would be to have a written agreement signed by the seller and buyer stating that the car can be refunded within the given period of time.
If it in fact is a dealership and the vehicle is not labeled "AS IS" then you may be entitled a refund if a problem occurs soon after purchasing that you were not told about.
Some dealerships also have a 72 hour rule, but it varies and only your dealership could provide this information.
Hope I helped.
You can return your used car, in the state of Georgia, within 72 hours of signing the contract. 120 hours after signing the contract will require a determination by a circuit court judge.
No, unless you discussed this with the dealer before purchase and you have it in writing.
No, you cannot.

Yes, in most states an used car can be returned within 48 to 72 hours of purchase. You will need to find out the lemon laws in your state.
No, you cannot. From the question, "What is Georgia lawforreturning a newly purchased vehicle?": About 10 years ago in the state of Georgia, a purchaser would have 3 days to return the vehicle he/she just purchased. The laws have changed since then, once you pay for the vehicle (cash, finance, lease, collateral swap, etc.) and take delivery (driving the car off the lot or having the car delivered to you) of the vehicle, you have forfeited your rights to return the vehicle. If you are uncertain of what your purchase intentions are, then just make sure you do not accomplish both acts (purchase and delivery). Laws may vary from state to state.
It takes about 6 to 8 weeks to get a Georgia state tax return sent to you. Direct deposit users can get their refund in 2-3 weeks.

As long as the other company is not having the item shipped in Georgia then no it is not subject to sales tax. Only when purchasing within the state or having an item shipped within the state is sales tax applicable.

The Georgia State income tax forms are as follows: Form 500: Individual Income Tax Return, Form 500-EZ: Short Individual Tax Return, Form 500-X: Amended Individual Tax Return
I am not aware of any state with what is commonly called a "Cooling Off Period" law for new or used cars. Call your State Atty. General, or ask the used car dealer if you can return it. He may say yes.
