No you can't. The only possible way to get your money back is to view your purchase history, report a problem on the thing(s) you don't like, and then contact apple about it. They should give you a reply within 48 hours. If not, just wait a day or two and then try again. Hope this helped!

∙ 11y agoEasy ... YOU DON'T YOU BOUGHT IT AND YOU KEEP IT! There is not refund/returning items on iTunes after you have bought. You can't but you can get rid of it = deleting. So hope your app wasn't that much money! : )
