Hmmm... Interesting question. If you are an adult now, you MAY POSSIBLY need a court order to do so, since ALL juvenile offender records are sealed. . . presumably even to the offender themselves. Ask at the Clerk of Court office, they may be able to answer you according to the laws or your state.

I'm assuming you mean "Can a sex offender own a firearm?" If so, the answer is no. Felons cannot own firearms.
You need to do some research in your own particular case. You need to review your separation agreement, divorce decree and any child support order to determine if claiming the child was part of the provisions addressed at the time of your divorce. In some states the custodial parent has a statutory right to claim the child as an exemption. You can visit the court that has jurisdiction over the case and review the file. You need to do some research in your own particular case. BCNR- Board of Corrections and Naval Review handles the changes to the discharges in the navy. The other branches have their own review boards. That being said its darn near futile to do it. There has to be misconduct on the government or people involved to get a BCD upgraded. It is not automatically upgraded to honorable. The case has to go up for review each time you want an upgrade.
You can join ConsumerReport.org and place your review on laptop that you wish to review. You can also post review on your own blog if you have any or make a vlog and put it up on youtube.
Trent's Own Case was created in 1936.
The US Supreme Court set a standard on the power of judicial review. This meant, that the Court could review governmental actions without a lawsuit to be settled. The Court, on its own volition had the right to review issues that pertained to the US Constitution. In effect, the Court already had the ability or practice of " judicial review". It did not "gain it", it simply used the power the US Constitution gave to the Court.

You can't make that kind of decision on your own.Why not take some time off work and file a motion in family court so you schedule a hearing and can ask a judge to review your case.
