no vehicles are allowed on sidewalks.
No. Most bike paths do not allow motorized traffic. Read the specific bike paths rules. 49cc scooters are now classified as 'low power scooters'. This does not mean they are the same as a bicycle. 49cc scooters can ride in bike lanes though.

Fuel mileage is about 25-30 MPG depending on how you ride it.
There are different ways to ride in something, say a car or bike. The person usually sits down. On a bike, one would pedal. In a car, one would use the gas and brake just like on a motorcycle.
I have a 2002 ttr 225 and it is a real good bike .Irecommend for anybody who likes to trail ride its preety fast for me i clocked at 80mph. but the only disadvantage for this bike is the GAS tank its very small and they dont make aftermarket gas tanks for this bike which sucks:(
As long as you don't ride on the street, you use proper safety gear, it's ok with your parents, and you can walk you can start riding any time you can get a bike and a place to ride. Just ask your neighbors first before you ride on their property. Make sure you use proper safety gear (a helmet is a good start) and make sure you can operate the bike safely before you ride.
