In most cases NO. Most governmental agencies do not allow it. Usually non crew-members are only permitted to visit the cockpit while the aircraft is on the ground.
You need to be 54" tall to ride "Flight Deck" at Canada's Wonderland. If you are over 6'2" and over 225 pounds then Flight Deck is one of the rides that could be a problem for you. The Park map will list rider guidelines for each ride.

The flight deck is the name given to the area from which the aircraft is actually controlled, as in, pilot, copilot, flight engineer, and any other persons that are a part of the crew tasked with the actual control of the aircraft. The cockpit is a part of the flight deck.
