Can you run battlefield 4 or any game well on a 'Intel R HD graphics card' and 6gb of RAM?

When it comes to gaming it is usually better to have a graphics card that isn't an integrated one unless it is a good brand like ATI or Nvidia. With that said, Battlefield 4 is a new game and generally new games require newer hardware to run smoothly. This is mainly due to the visuals of the game being so resource hungry.
With that said, Battlefield 4 will more than likely see performance issues if you are playing it on a computer/laptop that is processing all the graphics and animation using an Intel HD graphics card. 6GB of RAM should be plenty enough though to run the game nicely but the problems in performance that will most likely happen will be a result of the Intel graphics card.
If you do see performance issues when running Battlefield 4 then you can always try to lower the graphic settings in the game as well as running it in windowed mode. That might help the game to run more smoothly.

Hi, I have a pretty good PC overall, Intel i5 Quad Core Processor, 8GB RAM, but the only bad part is it has Intel Integrated HD Graphics. Now I have a pretty tiny PC, in length its about the same size as an Xbox 360 Game disc and in width its about 2 inches. I wanna use this for gaming and be able to run games like DayZ and Battlefield on high settings smoothly. My question is can I get a good graphics card for a PC of the size of mine? I think you meant the game portal 2? It will be a bit choppy on intel HD graphics. you can only run it on the lowest graphics with a low framerate. Problem with Intel HD 4000 graphics is it's not a dedicated graphics card. Almost all (if not all) of intel HD Graphics are integrated into the CPU which means that they don't physically exist as a separate core from the CPU. Therefore they are not ideal for 3D gaming. If you have them on a desktop, consider buying a dedicated graphics card, preferably an Nvidia GTX series(or Nvidia GeForce if you are on low budget). if it's a laptop, you can't change the graphics, so buy a new laptop with a dedicated card if you want to play games at moderate-high settings. You have insufficient RAM, even though you have a nice graphics card you need at least 1.0GB RAM or if you are running on Vista, you will need 2.0GB RAM.

One core will be too little, however the game will run. Your framerate will be very low, and definitely not playable. More important than the Central Processing Unit is your graphics card. If you have dedicated graphics memory and a powerful graphics card, the game might run. If you have integrated graphics such as the Intel x3100 (g965 chipset) then you will not be able to run the game unless you have 1.5ghz+ dual cores. I pull in about 20-30 fps on average with a Intel core 2 duo t5450 (1.66ghz) and the x3100 integrated graphics card, which is playable. Single card will definitely have some problems though. I'd be impressed if you could achieve even 5 frames per second, even with all of your graphics set to the minimum. Good luck though

Im pretty sure Intel HD Graphics is the built in graphics card on your laptop. It will lag because it is not high end by any means. However you cannot swap graphics cards on laptops so your out of luck. The least you could do is turn FSX Graphics settings really low. Expect lag for any high FPS/Detailed game with Intel HD Graphics.
