Hi, I have a pretty good PC overall, Intel i5 Quad Core Processor, 8GB RAM, but the only bad part is it has Intel Integrated HD Graphics. Now I have a pretty tiny PC, in length its about the same size as an Xbox 360 Game disc and in width its about 2 inches. I wanna use this for gaming and be able to run games like DayZ and Battlefield on high settings smoothly. My question is can I get a good graphics card for a PC of the size of mine? PS If you can link me one and its affordable please do :)
It depends on your graphics card specifications and what resolution you run the game on
A good graphics care for a media center PC is the EVGA 01G-P3-N945-LR GeForce 9400 GT 1GB DDR2 PCI-E 2.0 Graphics Card.
Depends on the Graphics card with the PC
By upgrading the graphics card.
In order to know what the best graphics card a certain PC can handle we need to know the type of PC you are asking about.
no
A graphics card with a Ghz speed of 2.3 or higher is the minimum for a good gaming pc. The nvidia GE force 8 series is a good minimum card. If you want to spend a little more you might choose an ATI Radion card.
The graphics card will be installed into your PC,so if 2 monitors are connected they will both have the graphics.
Yes. If the rest of the PC's good enough.
No. Not at all.
A video card (aka graphics card) renders components that are being displayed on your screen. even the windows transparency is rendered by a graphics card. many low end computers have graphics integrated into their cpu. this is not good for 3d gaming. So if you are a hardcore gamer get a laptop/pc with a dedicated graphics card.
Yes, you will need a powerful PC not just a good graphics card to take advantage of the high end graphics. However you will still have to wait since GTA 4 has not been announced for PC.
