You need to heal your legs. If you go to the Stats section of the Pipboy, you can apply stimpaks to specific parts of your body, applying them to the legs will heal them. A doctor's bag can also heal the crippled status, as does the chem Hydra.
If you are unable to run on Fallout 3, you are carrying too heavy a load. To lighten your load, you can eat foods, drop things and repair armor or weapons. If you have Jericho you can trade things with him, too, so your load isn't as heavy.
you are always running unless you get hurt
Push the left analog stick forward. This will make your character run. Your character moves at their top speed by default.
For ps3 hi r1 and up or joystick
no
If it will run on Vista, it will run on 7. So, yes is the answer.
No, even if you could it would run really slow.
No, you can only walk or run, there is nothing to ride.
Nope. Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas are completely different games, sure they are in the same title and the same game engine, but the configurations and in-outs are different for both games, so you cannot simply apply a mod you used for Fallout 3 and try to run it on Fallout: New Vegas. You may be able to find mods that match your Fallout 3 mods for New Vegas on an assortment of different websites all over the net.
Occasionally Fallout: New Vegas will freeze, but not as frequently as Fallout 3.
It will barely run Fallout 3 and won't run The Sims 2 in any meaningful way. My guess would be no.
