Without going through the entire deletion process, no... if the DPF is missing, the sensors will send an error message to the engine ECM, which will then derate the engine.

An exhaust that get rid of the diesel particulate filter "dpf"
A diesel particulate filter, sometimes called a DPF, is a device designed to remove diesel particulate matter or soot from the exhaust gas of a diesel engine.
Diesel fuel is the only diesel fuel. Either Low Sulphur or Ultra Low Sulphur, depending on the emissions regulations of the country you're in. If your vehicle has an aftertreatment system, which can consist of just a DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter), or a DPF and SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) system which uses DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid), you can only run Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel in it, or you'll clog that DPF up within the hour, your engine will derate, and you won't be going anywhere.
Modern Diesel cars often have a diesel particle filter (DPF) installed in the exhaust to trap fine soot particles and stop them getting into the athmosphere.

Depends of the year. In 2008 US required DPF (diesel particulate filter) on all new diesel-powered trucks. The DPF is similar to the cataytic converter for a gasoline engine.
Only special built cars. You could run a pre-07 emissions diesel vehicle on jet fuel - if you did it to a diesel with a Diesel Particulate Filter, you'd ruin the DPF within an hour of operation. However, doing so would be illegal, as on-highway diesel engines are required by law to run #2 ULSD.
It's illegal to use red dyed off-road diesel for on-road use, and the black smoke will give you away.
On KIA Sportage 2000cc Diesel, what is th Diesel Particulate Fillter( DPF ), and where is it located?
Dpf and egr delete with h&s about 600Km
Aside from being illegal, off-road diesel will plug your DPF.
