You can have any number of islands in various stages of completion - the game remembers how far you have gotten on each one. The only places to be careful are on Great Pumpkin island, where you should not leave in the middle of the Halloween Party or any mini-game, This may crash the island and you will have to restart (small map at the upper right has the blue restart button). And, of course, ad-games will not remain past their normal expiration.
You can also have more than one username. But if you try to open two windows to Poptropica on the same computer, at thesame time, you could confuse the server and get the wrong player on the wrong island.
No
This particular game is in poptropica wimpy boardwalk, all you have to do is throw the ball near the red hole. You might need more than one token to win this game.

Pfft. Every good game can have multiple save files, of course you can!
I do...so ha!i am the master of poptropica!mwahahaha!!:p
If you save a game than is save 'opslaan' in Dutch. If someone saved you than is save 'redden' in Dutch.
On a Ps2, the phrase, cross-save means to save on more than one device. A device to save on might be a memory card or a USB stick. Cross-saving can also be a way to save the parts of a game that were purchased, such as better ammunition for a shooter game.
it should save automatically, if you have more than one memory unit (hard drive and a MU) it will ask you when the games loaded which you want to save it to.
No teddy bear has been part of a game on Poptropica, other than an ad-game. *The unrelated site "Poptropicap" (a shameless naming ploy) has the Teddy Bear.
Yes. You can do this by going to the Sims 3 menu, and rather than clicking 'save' to save your game, go to 'save as...' and then rename the game. This should work.
