You can't see Neptune's rings because they are made of rocks and dirt and other dark things. Saturn's rings, however are made of ice and so they reflect light. That it why you can see Saturn's rings and not and Not Neptune's.
You can't see Neptune without a telescope because it is so far away from Earth. It is also the furthest planet from the sun, therefor the light takes longer to travel and won't shine as bright
no they aren't dudes, scientists only make 'educated guesses' on it they are made out of dark material you can only tell they are there because the weight being put on it by gravity
Yes, but they are very hard to see because of the darkness and the variety in density and size.
Because they are very thin and flat, thus hard (if possible) to see from far away.
Because they are composed of tiny dust particles that aren't highly reflective.
Because they don't have rings expect Saturn and Uranus.
because they are in hot areas
No they were discovered in 1968 by Edward Guinan
part of neptunes rings are thick and thin. they are also twisted and made of rocks there are 5 of them
Voyager 2 flew by Neptune in 1989, taking images of of Neptunes thin ring system that cannot be easily seen from Earth.
Neptune has 13 rings and they are made up of dust particles
The four gas giant each have rings. Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune. Saturns rings are most prominent, less so are the rings of Uranus. Neptunes and Jupiter rings are very feint.
triton
Neptunes rings are made up out of gas.
Gaseous

Uranus as well as Neptune (Neptunes' rings are very hard to detect).
