You can't see Neptune's rings because they are made of rocks and dirt and other dark things. Saturn's rings, however are made of ice and so they reflect light. That it why you can see Saturn's rings and not and Not Neptune's.

You can't see Neptune without a telescope because it is so far away from Earth. It is also the furthest planet from the sun, therefor the light takes longer to travel and won't shine as bright

no they aren't dudes, scientists only make 'educated guesses' on it they are made out of dark material you can only tell they are there because the weight being put on it by gravity
