About $15-20 in average condition. Please check your pocket change - you'll see that ALL coins have the word Liberty on them so that's not a motto that helps to ID any particular coin.
Abraham Lincoln's picture appears on the US one cent piece (penny). His picture also appears on the US $5 bill. His likeness is also carved on the Mount Rushmore Monument in South Dakota.

That probably depends what you mean by a "penny". The first US penny was minted in 1787. The first British penny was minted in 790 AD. See Related Links.

If you mean a British one penny coin, King Edward VII If you're referring to a US cent, it bore a picture of Miss Liberty wearing a Native American headdress
U.S. coins would not carry a picture of the Queen of England. What was 1776 all about, after all???? You may be confusing the picture of Miss Liberty. Please post a new question with the coin's date.
