Healthy rabbits don't need anything special to stimulate their bowel movements. Food and water naturally stimulate the rabbit's digestive tract and keep everything moving. In newborn baby rabbits, bowel movements and urination are stimulated by the mother rabbit licking the genitals. (This is the same with cats and other animals.) Sick rabbits may need extra help to keep their digestive systems moving and functional (including healthy bowel movements). These rabbits need motility drugs (like cisapride, metoclopramide), belly massage, pain medications, force-feeding (assuming there's no blockage), and lots of hydration. Exercise should be encouraged because that stimulates bodily functions as well. See the related questions and links below for more details.
Years ago, pregnancy tests were performed by injecting rabbits with the woman's urine. In order to see if the woman were pregnant the rabbit had to be killed, and its ovaries examined. Although the rabbit ALWAYS died, it became common for a woman to tell someone she was pregnant by saying "the rabbit died" So, thank you mother for the rabbit means to thank your mother that you are alive.
Hotot rabbits have the same dietary needs and preferences as all pet rabbits. Hotot rabbits look different from other rabbits, but inside they're the same. The most important part of the rabbit diet is hay; rabbits also eat pellets, certain fresh dark leafy greens, and some fruits and vegetables as a treat (optional). See the related question below for more details and links -- it applies to Hotots and all pet rabbits.
It means that you have not cleaned your ears for a long time or that you have something inside it. It would be wise in that case to see a doctor.
Any domesticated rabbit is a good house rabbit as long as you can take care of it properly. See the related question below for details and helpful links about how to care for a rabbit. Albino pet rabbits can be great pets and it's totally okay to keep them as house rabbits. Albino rabbits, aside from their appearance, are basically the same as all pet rabbits: they don't need unique care and they don't really have unique personalities, they're just like other pet rabbits. For example (about rabbit care): find out where it uses the restroom, so you can litter box train it. If you have dogs, it may not be the best idea to have a rabbit inside, but if you can keep the animals separated then it should be fine. Outside there are many dangers for rabbits and it's usually easier to take care of a rabbit inside. See the related question below about keeping rabbits outside.
No, rabbits probably shouldn't eat fiddleheads. Although they are not listed on the list of known poisonous plants for rabbits (see link below), raw fiddleheads are known to be poisonous to humans, so they could be for rabbits as well (see link below). See the related questions below for more info about what rabbits can eat.
Rabbits are vegetarians. Try asking at your local pet shop for bunny food, and see if they have any hints for you. You could always toss in a small carrot or two as well.
