Probably not with the laws in most states and federal laws that is called Impinging on a Trademark. In other words you are using their trademark even though your something is different from their trademark and all... their trademark is on it and you are selling it, if it is for you only.. that is okay. But not to sell. Because then you are doing a federal crime. Which can get involved with a bunch of lawsuits and legalities against you for fraud and infringing on their profits as well. For Example: I have a Micheal Jackson item and it is trademarked, and I put it on whatever attach it to some item..and I put it on Ebay and one of their representatives sees my advertisement on Ebay of it.. especially stating original...One of a Kind. Well it may be one of a kind and original.. but you sell it.. and all..that money is theirs not yours! Why you used their trademark product on that item. They are getting to be really big sticklers about trademark infringement right now. Big time.
