A corrupt item is like a Degradable version of the real thing, E.G "Corrupt Dragon Chainbody" has the same stats as a normal "Dragon Chainbody" except it degrades after a certain time using it usually between 30-60 Minutes of use. Corrupt items are special because non-members can use them, that's what gives the items their value.

Selling runescape gold in the real world is illegal. You can "sell" runescape gold in-game for other items on the gran exchange locatedin the north-west corner of Varrock.
You tell a merchant that you want to buy items, right click on the item you want to sell, and click sell item.
You can't sell any items you were lent, or try to get rid of them in any way. If you try to get rid of them any way other than selling, such as dropping, dying, etc., it will just go back to the original owner.
All you have to do to get accounts is to sign up. It is against Runescape's terms of service to sell / buy accounts and items in real life.

The Exchange offers the best buy/sell prices. Another place to sell your items is a general store, which is not the best idea due to its low offer prices. Lastly, players can sell to specialty shops, which only buy certain items but at a much higher price than general stores. An alternative to these stores is to sell them to other players.
