You can not unfortunately. You may donate them though. To do this go to your Leaf Journal, to what you want to done (wardrobe or storage) and drag it to the bin at the top right corner.
If you live in the UK and you want to buy a membership for the U.S.A Pixie Hollow, you can only buy it with a credit card. They don't sell the cards out of the U.S.A. If you are talking about getting a membership on the UK version of Pixie Hollow. You can't (yet anyways.) The UK version is simply a guest site along with the other country versions. It is possible that in a few years the UK site will become like the US Pixie Hollow we have today.
They usually sell it around autumn each year, but they can remove it at any time.

Though you do not need a license to specifically sell diamonds you do need a jewelers license to sell diamonds. If you want to sell diamonds it will require you to fill out applications for a jewelers license once you have completed that you are eligible to sell diamonds.

There are many places to sell diamonds. Online there are sites that can be used such as WP Diamonds, Sell My Diamonds and Cash for Diamonds. Local antique dealers may offer cash for diamonds, if this is preferred, rather than sending them in the post.
Anyone from anywhere can be a member of Pixie Hollow, they just don't sell Membership cards anywhere but the United States. You don't need a Membership card to get membership, you can pay with a debit or credit as well (I'm not sure what currency cards you use in India).
