Anyone from anywhere can be a member of Pixie Hollow, they just don't sell Membership cards anywhere but the United States. You don't need a Membership card to get membership, you can pay with a debit or credit as well (I'm not sure what currency cards you use in India). UNFORTUNETLY YOU CANT. Non members cant get into the ballroom. :( Although if your lucky, sometimes pixie hollow has glitches and non members can get in. GOOD LUCK!
