yeah you can, but you have to either get a USB cable to connect from your phone to the computer, or you have to use a bluetooth enabled computer to send it through bluetooth to your phone. Razors typically don't have a lot of storage space for whole songs, so you might just be able to fit one whole song on there. good luck!

If they both have bluetooth you can "bluetooth" each song to the other phone. But, if one or both of them doesn't have bluetooth you can connect the first one to a computer and copy all the songs to the computer that you want on the other one then connect the 2nd one and move all the songs(that are now on your computer) to your phone! You can't do it buy bluetooth unless you have the same cellular company but if you have Verizon you can't do it period you would have to take the memory card out and put it in the phone that you would like to use and look through your phone to find your phone memory and click on phone and then go to music and select what songs. then you click/select the options and select move and then select card or external storage.
