No, you cannot add attachments of any file type to your emails on the iPod Touch. This includes music files. yes you can because i send photos from my computer email to my ipod. however im not sure and music.
with the proper app yes, via bluetooth
The easiest way to get music to your iPod is to plug it into a computer that has iTunes and click Sync. But if you have the Touch, you can buy the songs by accessing the internet directly from your iPod. Or, if your iPod and your computer have bluetooth, you can send the music via bluetooth.
You cant just send them to it. you need a computer that has itunes and have both ipods on the same account and then plug in the old ipod to the computer and copy the songs to itunes then plug in your new ipod and copy your music to the ipod

No. I don't believe that you can get wifi on a nano. And you are not allowed to send music at all in an iphone or ipod touch which gets the wifi connection.
