i would say no because some times a kid may feel the resone to try some or steel some in any way! im saying this because im in 6th grade my self and im not saying i would do this but a kid may try to do some "EXTRA" favors for you!

Yes you do.Unless you work for, let's say the college at which the school function is, it is against State and Federal law to sell ANY alcohol at any school function.I say college because that is the only type of school where you can get alcohol, keep in mind that it is only beer, during a school function.Any school other than a college will land the violator in jail.

I believe you can be 18 but you must have attended bartending school which gives you a seller/server license.
18 is the leagal age to serve alcohol in Alberta, Canada.
You do not need a license to serve alcohol unless you own a business. If you are trying to serve alcohol in your own resturant/club you then need your own license to do so.

Yes. It should go without saying that you can file a lawsuit against anyone for virtually anything. Whether you win or not is a different story. But, a school [teacher] serving alcohol to a student is unconscionable. The teacher is an agent of the school..the school is responsible for their teacher's actions. Yes.

They can work in a Bar if they have their RSl but they cannot serve alcohol until they are 18.
Establishments can't serve alcohol after 2:00 AM.
