Yes you can if your sound card support the option called "Stereo mix bus" or on Creative labs sound cards its called "What you hear?".
Make sure you have the correct manufacturers drivers installed. The default Microsoft drivers which Windows automatically install usually don't support the advanced features your card may have. If your card doesn't support stereo mix bus you may need to purchase a card that does. This doesn't normally present a problem on a desktop but with laptops you will have to find an external card that specifically says it supports this feature.
If you do have these options:
That should do it. You can also plug in a guitar into the line input in recording, enable it and use the computer as an amp using the same options.
The stereo mix bus option basically will route through to the speakers ANY sound that the computer makes. So be aware if you record that mouse clicks and windows noises will also sound.
As an added bonus, this ability also means that with programs like Paltalk and Messenger you can broadcast music while singing alone to them using a headset, or even play "Smoke on the water" to your adoring fans with your guitar on these communications programs.
Be smarter than the microphone. You click on the microphone button at the top left corner and it should be on. But it depends if you are using a laptop or desktop computer. If you are using a desktop computer there is no microphone. But if using a laptop, click on the microphone button on the top left corner. Then the microphone should turn on.
You have to convert audio into text first of all. There are programs out there that can do this, such as 'Simply Speaking' and 'Dragon Text.' So you have to get the voicemail into a file, put it on something that will play it into the computer (the phone might work!) run it through the software program, which will require microphone and speakers, correct the text and print it out.
Music can't play through a microphone, microphones only record sound.
Sounds like either Audio-In, or SPDIF Used to like, hook up a stereo to your PC, in case you wanted to play it through speakers or record it or something. Might be wrong, tho. I'd need a picture or more thorough description to be sure.
If it not playin beat speakers broken
Your microphone only plays back through one ear because a microphone is a mono-input. The output is in stereo, so it will come out of only one ear.
the computers spekers hop helps
its simple u need and input output to put in your microphone slot and headphone slot.THis will let u play but u might have to take out your speakers wherever they are plugged in.and u might have to wear the headsets every time u play.:)
Yes, you can connect your desktop to your home audio speakers. The audio cable would go from your sound card to your home audio receiver which in turn would play out of the speakers. However, it would be much easier to use your desktop computer sound with desktop speakers. Desktop speakers can be plugged directly into you computer through a usb cable or audio cable and are available in a two speaker set or surround sound set ups. anonymous@oola.com
This could solely be your sound card that is in your computer or the type of speakers you own.
