You don't find pellets for the Benjamin model 310 because it is designed to shoot BB's only, not pellets. The model 312 shot .22 caliber pellets and the model 317 shot .177 caliber pellets but the 310 only shot BB's.

How do you adjust the sights on a Benjamin 310 BB model?
The 310 BB Rifle had a rear Sight with knurled knobs to adjust the sight. But first there is something you should know. The rifle is capable of shooting not only BB's but also .177 caliber pellets. The rifle has a smooth bore barrel, not a rifled barrel so it is a little less accurate than a rifled boar air gun. Also BB are less accurate than pellets by nature, because BB's tumble as they fly through the air. Pellets are more stable in flight than BBs. To sight the rifle aim at a target about 20 feet away from you. I suggest using a rest like a table. Aim at the target and fire. If you strike left of the target then move your rear sight adjustment to the right and try again. Do the opposite if the strike is to the right of the target, then move the rear sight to the left. It's the same for up / down. If you strike up, then move the sight down and reverse if it's too low. As a final note use the pellets to sight the rifle they will be more accurate. I suggest using match or wadcutter pellets they make a clean hole in the target. Also use Crosman Competition wadcutter pellets they are very accurate.
