straight under the steering wheel. take the bottom black piece of plastic off and look up by the pedals its pretty high up there i think. and good luck finding the right one. i couldn't find one anywhere. if u can't find it get one with a smaller number and it should work ok that's what i did.

The turn signal flasher is located behind the instrument panel on right hand side of steering column bracket.
It is located in steering colum as a curcuit board.
Incorporated in the hazard warning module part of the hazard switch
