I invented the easiest excercize program that i follow and it is really simple. I call it the t.v. diet because you do it while watching your fav. t.v. show and alot of excercize programs have names. Excercize during the... theme song (if it has one)=pushups commercials=situps t.v. show (between the commercials)=run in place Diet I did not diet but I lost weight without it. I just ate what I normally did, but excercized during my favorite t.v. show, George Lopez. I have already lost a few pounds over a month. Hope I helped from ????
