It is possible of course, so long as you can still breathe, you can inhale smoke (i.e. smoking)

Though this wouldn't be a good idea. Smoking still isn't a healthy idea even if you didn't have Asthma and pleurisy.

But if you decide to smoke it will likely kill you.
