You should never smoke cigarettes under any circumstances. They are one of the leading causes of cancer and Heart disease in the world. Sorry, but that statement above is akin to telling a kid who's asking about condoms that they just shouldn't have sex. I just had a root canal and asked my Dr. if I could smoke (it's been about 40 min) and he said sure. Yes, smoking is bad for you, but I assume if you're asking, you already smoke.
