All I can say is, if you're worried, then go to your doctor or the hospital. Everyone is different, so do not really go by these answers, because your body may be going through something totally different. But, I've been spotting red blood for 8 days now, and I was really worried that something was wrong. And all the stuff I read said that I should be worried, that it meant that I was having a miscarriage. So I went to hospital, and they took all kinds of tests. I am currently 7 weeks pregnant, so they were able to do a vaginal ultrasound to show me the baby. I could see the heartbeat. It was so great. So needless to say, there was nothing wrong. They said that it was the baby attaching itself to the wall of my cervix. They said there is nothing wrong with having red blood coming out, it just means that's it's fresh and when people have the brown blood that it's old. You should really worry if it's constant and is associated with really bad pain. But as I said, if you're still worried or unconvinced, or even if you are, it doesn't hurt to check. Because like I said, everyone is different, and what has happened to me doesn't necessarily mean that everything is ok with you. So just check it out!!

Yes. Spotting is a bloody vaginal discharge or light bleeding down under. Spotting during pregnancy is nothing to be worried about. It is especially common during the first trimester.Congrats!
I'm not a doctor, but I am a mother. You can spot during pregnancy as well as have a regular period during pregnancy. I would suggest waiting three weeks from the missed period and take an over the counter pregnancy test. You should schedule an appointment with your doctor to discuss this with them.
