Making lifestyle changes may help to lower you colon cancer risk. Consider losing weight if you are overweight or maintaining a healthy weight, stopping smoking, eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, exercising most days of the week and avoiding alcohol or only drinking alcohol in moderation.

I am a living kidney donor, and was quite confused by the Public Service announcement. I absolutely believe in organ donation and the need to promote, but I think this particularly ad is misleading and confusing.
