Certain career paths in psychology do require licensing. If you choose to work in a clinical setting, or see patients, you must be a licensed psychologist. This requires advanced coursework in an accredited program and passing a licensing exam, in addition to a bachelor's degree.

You must go to graduate school to be considered a psychologist. This can happen with a masters degree, PsyD, or PhD.

Well since a BA in psychology doesn't actually qualify you to work in the field (at least not here in new york state), the pay is generally low in comparison to that of holders of other bachelor's degrees. I'd say between 30,000 to 50,000 per year in most areas but there are definitely exceptions. However, if you want to work in psychology and you don't want a Ph.d (or Psy.d) I'd say that your best bet is to get a master's in counseling in order to become a licensed therapist who can accept insurance or you can get a Master's in a research area so that you can become a research assistant.
Can you get a Masters in Business with a Bachelors in Psychology?
Yes, you can make that switch at the masters level. I would not call this a major hurtle, but you may be required to take some prerequisite courses at the undergraduate level if you do not have them already. These could be within the social science area. I am not saying you will have to, but it is a possibility. Still, I would not call this a major hurtle. If this is a career you have your heart set on, then you will do it. Just remember, what ever you intend to do, do it out of passion, out of a love for what you do and the benefit it brings others as well as yourself. Only by this will you realize true success. You would still need a Masters of Social Work (MSW).
Is BE civil sufficient for structural engineer?
B.E / B.Tech is sufficient for small and medium scale Projects. We all study Design and Structural Analysis in our Bachelor's degree, Combine that with some experience you should be able to do structural design. In Bachelors degree little exposure is given to Dynamics, and most of design is for static load. So in cases where dynamics arises having a Masters Degree in Structural Engineering gives an upper hand. But still if you are brilliant enough you can sort out any problems arising using your Bachelors degree. Having a Masters degree alone does not make you a good Structural Engineer. And Remember any of the civil engineering problems can be reduced to a Differential Equation and you should have the ability to solve it.
