Sure you can and should file your past year 2004 income tax return.

Go to the IRS gov web site and use the search box for Prior Year Forms, Instructions and Publications

Forms, instructions and publications are available in PDF format for the years below. PDF files can be viewed and saved using Adobe Reader.
