Can you still wear a Skill Cape in RuneScape after your membership expired?

You can only equip them on a member's server. Once you equip them, you can continue wearing them; the problem is that when you take them off, you can't put them back on again.
If you are missing a membership, please note that you can buy it with in-game wealth - by buying and redeeming a bond.

Yes? You still can use the skill, even if it is at level 99, the level cap for Runescape, except Dungeoneering.

Yes, you have to be a member to obtain ANY skill capes in Runescape. Skill capes were intended to be made for recognizing members who reached level 99 in a skill, not really for non-members. Although, a common trick to obtain the skill cape while not cracking your budget, is to get a 1 month subscription to runescape, buy the skill cape, equip it to your character, and never take it off again. If you take it off, you can't put it back on once your membership is depleted. Although, this was a relatively old trick and I do not know if this still works.

You keep your skills, but you can't use them.

wheny uo end a runescape membership, its basically so that you wont get billed again. if you still have days left, you can keep playing on members worlds, regardless of if you've cancelled or not. if you want to resume the recurring payments for membership, you'll have to re enter the information.

Yes, there are many ways to get membership on RuneScape. The only problem, is that there are many problems... The advertisements for sites that say you can get free membership is a complete scam. Also, trying to hack RuneScape or actually getting caught using membership for free will result in banning. It is still fun to pay AND play with a membership. I use my own money and it's worth it. It is your choice though...
