Sorry to say at 14, your penis will grow to whatever size it is GENETICALLY programed to get to, nothing you can do about that.
As to erections, there is the old joke about thinking about Baseball, your grandmother or anything BUT something sexual. That Might help, probably not. At 14-20 your penis has a mind of its own so to speak.... It's there in the morning and it's there at all the wrong times good and bad as well.
Someday you will wish you had it on demand & don't worry almost every guy that ever lived has been through it too.
