Once you hit puberty you are constantly flooded with hormones that makes it hard to think of much besides sex. The healthiest way to handle it is to keep busy, physically and mentally. If you can absorb yourself in a project that is mentally and physically challenging, you may find five or more minutes go by with out thinking of sex.
There is nothing wrong with masturbating if it helps, I would only suggest you try to avoid pornography because it sets up images that are artificial; most men and women are not built like porn stars, they don't wish to bend their bodies into unnatural positions while having multiple sex partners and most girls have no wish to be used as a receptacle, by a line up of men.
