To be honest, I don't think there is anything wrong with eating the baked potatoes not kept in the fridge as long as it hasn't been 24 hours, but you should keep in mind that the food safety zone is food that has been kept between 40 degrees Fahrenheit to 240 degrees within 2 hours...so I guess it's to your discretion.
