You must mean 205/70-15 as there is no 206 size. The answer is no, as you will be going to a tire that is over 5% larger in diameter. Your speedometer will be off 3 mph. You can however substitute a 215/65-15 or a 195/75-15

Your speedometer will read 59.4 at a true 60 mph.
