I am not a Lawyer but a couple of ways to look at this issue:
- Was the car properly cleaned and repaired? In other words is there a biological hazard from left over blood or other things? Is the car mechanically and structurally safe to drive?
- Is there a law where you live about this type of disclosure.
If the above fits, you need to contact a Lawyer because I think you could win.
If the above does not fit you may still have an opportunity but the likely hood is smaller.
