No,but you can sue whoever robbed you
To keep your property from being robbed, you need to collect your properties timely. You can check the link for Robbing 101 in mafia wars.
Yes, an apartment complex can refuse to rent an apartment to you if you have bad credit. A bankruptcy alone will not stop you from being approved or disapproved from an apartment, they will consider your overall credit score and credit history.
There is not enough information to answer this question. Are you suing the apartment complex/landlord for being disabled? Or is there something the apartment complex or landlord is not doing to accommodate you for the disability? If the latter is true or you are being discriminated otherwise because of your disability, then you can file a complaint with the Federal Housing Administration, a division of Housing and Urban Development. To do so contact the HUD office in your state.
It simply refers to the forequarter is being robbed.

definitely yes. and especially in Michigan. Not in Texas unless the registered owner receives a certified letter from the apartment complex giving a 10 day warning prior to being towed.
how do I feel safe after being robbed
A condo is owned privately even if it is being rented the owner is renting it. Apartments are owned by businesses and are considered a business. They rent the apartment out to multiple people and that is how they do business.

To prevent being robbed in Mafia Wars, simply never purchase property that can be robbed (of if you have such properties, sell them). I know this seems ridiculously obvious, but apparently it's not. Oncy you're past the first few levels in Mafia Wars, money is essentially meaningless, so I don't see the point in owning a bunch of property that is always getting robbed. I have billions of dollars and my most expensive property is a rental house (which can't be robbed.) Until such time as money becomes useful beyond 10th level, I see no point whatsoever in acquiring properties. If you insist on owning property, then recruit as quickly as possible to 500 members as most folks will pass you up for someone with a smaller mafia.
