Can you sue an independent medical examiner?

I've been into car accidents this year 1in January 2 in June I've had 1 assessment and he wouldn't go any further because he could see the pain I'm in and sent a copy to me and 1 back to my solicitors and they then sent me to be assest by a medical accessor whom was assessing me on 1st accident and 2nd to see how worse the next accident would have made me I went to the appointment and struggled getting there from the time I saw him I felt totally uncomfortable with how he questioned back and fourth between accidents which was quit a few months between the 1st accident and between the second I've have cognitive issues swell so I get or got confused with the hole of the appointment I've received a copy from him and he has made me out to be a liar over the accidents because of my medical records and there is an awful lot of unthruth with it swell as insults ,I accept fact from my medical records things which are within my records are totally irrelevant to the fact and there for should not have been mentioned or disclosed I fell like I'm being mistreated and instead of being the victim he's tried to make out I'm a liar prior to the 2 accidents I was in another in 2011 which I believe he's trying to us this accident as away of not awarding a proper settlement figure I feel insulted and upset I've asked several people to read it and there discusted at it.I've spoken with my solicitors they've told me to put in writing what I'm not happy with and they'll challenge it but what if they don't this has nothing to do with money its the prinsable of it I feel like feeding it to him and I no this isn't the way can you help me please
