Absolutely not ! On a planet of approximately 7 BILLION people - you are unlikely to be the ONLY person alive with your name ! Unless the film makes an abolute reference to you as an individual (and ONLY) if that reference is untrue - then and ONLY then can you sue ! HOWEVER - the burdon of proof YOU would have to make - is that the movie producers actually knew they were referencing exclusively to you in the film !

No, but I hope they "sue" you for the bad spelling of the name TWILIGHT.
ruby sue
YES, that is what title insurance is for!
If you're not on the title you have no claim to the car. You would need to sue the owner in court and win a judgment in your favor. If you're not on the title you have no claim to the car. Johnny Storm:
yes because of you pawning your title and you failing to pay for it ,so yea the have the right to sue
A Boy Named Sue was the title of a song by Johnnie Cash.
not technically. once the title is in your name that basically states that you've paid for the car in full and now were giving you the title to prove it
Well, the right way to do it would be to take the friend to court and sue him for the money. The underhanded sneaky thing would be to report the car stolen, as the title is not in his/her name.
If they used you name without consent.
